Does your character have a history you want to rp out? Or do you want a place to type up the history where no one can join in unless involved in the history? Here's the place to do it. On this board you can rp out your character's history by yourself or with the help of other characters like a normal rp. Sort of like the journal, but specifically for history before the time frame of the site.

The Slytherin Common Room has a hidden door in a blank wall that opens only if you know the password. It has a low ceiling with greenish torchlight and extends under the lake.

This class is for 1st Year to 5th Year students.

Located directly beneath the Great Hall, and equal in size, the kitchens are staffed by over a hundred house elves.

Located down the staircase to the right of the grand staircase in the Entrance Hall.

Double oak front doors facing the west open on a large, cavernous room, lit by torches, with a ceiling so high, it's barely visible. Wide marble staircase opposite the front doors (east wall) leads up to the first floor. Double doors to the right (south wall) lead into the Great Hall. On the east wall are two doors, one on either side of the staircase. To the north of the staircase is a door leading to the Hufflepuff Common Room and the kitchens. On the left (north wall) is a door leading to a smaller antechamber where First Years wait to be sorted. Come here to introduce yourself and meet new members!

The Hospital Wing is filled with bright colours to cheer up the sick and hurt students.

Hogwarts has a trophy room where all the old awards, trophies, statues, cups, plates, shields, and medals are kept in crystal display cases. There is also a list of all the head boys and girls. It's adjacent to a long gallery full of suits of armor.

The Hogwarts library contains thousands of books on thousands of shelves. Included in its many sections is an Invisibility Section, a section with information about dragons, and a Restricted Section at the back, set off with a rope. A signed note from a teacher is required to peruse that section of the library; it contains books of Dark Magic only used by older students studying advanced Defense Against The Dark Arts. The library books have various spells on them to prevent students from defacing or stealing them.

The Prefect's bathroom has a large pool-like tub, a hundred taps giving water plus various bubble bath, a picture of a mermaid on the wall. It's the fourth door to the left of the statue of Boris the Bewildered.

The owlery is located in the West Tower. Come send a letter!

Hidden behind the painting of Kripino the Intellect, the Ravenclaw common room is filled with students who stand by their wit.

The entrance to the Gryffindor Common Room is behind a large painting of a Fat Lady in a pink silk dress in a corridor on the seventh floor. If you know the right password to tell her, she opens to reveal a round opening in the wall.

The Room of Requirement is a magical room which can only be discovered by someone who is in need. The room is located on the seventh floor, opposite a tapestry showing Barnabas the Balmy trying to teach trolls to dance the ballet. To make the room appear, a person has to walk past the section of blank wall three times concentrating very hard on what is needed.

Up in the highest tower, the Astronomy classes are held in this tower. There is a balcony in which you can see all of Hogwarts.

The courtyard lies in the North-Western part of the castle. It is an open field that is a great place to have picnics. When it starts to rain, the water disapears before hitting the ground.

Come here to observe the different and exotic plants. Careful, some bite.

Watch out, this tree is violent!

Grab your brooms and come here to practice Quidditch - you might even be picked for your house team!

A beautiful sparkling lake full of creatures and surrounded by snow-capped mountains - beautiful at any time of the year.

This is where the Groundskeeper resides.

A place to remember those have been lost.

Beware! Centaurs, Demons, Werewolves, Vampires and other creatures may lurk here. Enter at your own risk! By entering the forest, you are giving permission for the creatures that dwell here to kill your character!

The only entire wizarding village in Britain! Hogsmeade is a picture village of little thatched cottages and shops.

Tapping just the right bricks in the wall will reveal an archway which is a portal into Diagon Alley, a long cobbled street with a strange and exciting assortment of shops and restaurants.

Knockturn Alley is a dingy alleyway where the shops are devoted to Dark Arts items.

The magical government of Britain and Ireland.

St. Mungo's Hospital is located in London. The Healers at St. Mungo's are trained and equipped to treat a wide variety of magic-related illnesses and injuries.

For famous teams to play matches of Quidditch.

Azkaban - the wizarding jail.

Homes of many different witches and wizards.
