With his hand resting threateningly on her neck, he became distracted by the contours of her throat. Damien's fingers caressed her young skin, feeling bones and hollows with a delighted fascination. "What did you kill?" he murmured, crystalline eyes darting from her throat for the briefest of moments, resulting in stunning eye contact. He had this feeling she hadn't killed an actual human being. He could be wrong, but she seemed more like a saint than a criminal.
Damien decided to let go Janet's less-than-impressed attitude toward his weak moment. It wasn't like he'd wanted her to believe him - the evil core of him was not happy with his momentary relapse of humanity.
He had been quite impressed with Hogwarts lack of security in recruiting employees within the 'safe haven' of a school. So far, they hadn't caught on to his delicious antics. But Damien was not a new vampire, he knew very well how to cover his tracks. Janet was evidence enough. Here he was, tormenting her - only slightly - yet, completely getting away with it.
Her next words caught him off guard - and he couldn't help but laugh. He pulled back from the delicacy of her throat, his laughter making his face resemble a young boys. It took a moment, but his laughter faded into just a slight snicker, and he smiled at her - ridiculous, yes - but the vampire smiled. "Oh, you think I would like to... have sex with you?" Damien's voice was quiet, gentle, amused. At this point he had chuckled away his anger, nearly forgetting he was trying to shake a spell from her.
"If I were so smitten, I would have had you by now. I would have had you against that bookshelf... I could hold you, perfectly in place - you struggling, clawing; I can imagine - until your screams of distaste and panic became cries of - ashamed - glorious pleasure," Damien stared at her still amused, now nearly considering the prospect once getting the chance to describe the experience. "Did I say you were easy? Don't put words in my mouth, darling - I can imagine you'd never willingly give it up," he eyed her accusingly, the slightest of smirks lifting the corners of his lips.
"I bet," he said, allowing a finger to pull at the waistline of her bottoms, "you have a chastity belt under there," he raised his eyebrows, teasing her.
"Anyway, does what get old?" Damien questioned her, plucking a book from the shelf and began to lazily scan it, reading over it's forbidden contents. His hand had now long left her throat, and after his mild laughing fit he'd nearly forgotten his previous rage. "I'm not so sure if I was planning on restraining myself for much longer, but... You're cute, thinking I want to 'have my way with you' and now, I'm much too amused with you bringing up sex to even remember why I wanted to hurt you..." Damien could be up and down with his moods. He easily fed off of a person's emotions, their actions. He'd always been that way... as a human.

(I hope this is okay, I think It is missing something...)
His hand on her throat she should have severed right there, but what had stopped her? It was that damn conscious and the fact that he was a professor that as far as anyone knew was a well to do man in the school. Her word against his reputation was not going to go anywhere. Perhaps if it broke the spell it would be worth it, but she was not ready to take that sort of risk, and besides she was reformed…kinda.
What did she kill? Why was it that vampires always where the most in tune with things around them? Was that why she hunted them most of all? The challenge of actually defeating them? There was no way for Janet to figure it out now, she was trying to create her own life, preferable with out blood and gore. She did not answer him, but soon was made to feel sick and embarrassed as well as nearly taken advantage of all at the same moment. He invoked so many emotions from her, it was strange and did really scare her, having locked any sort of feeling away as a younger girl seemed to be paying the price now.
At the very least he seemed to now be concentrated on her lack of (should we say) realism. That is except for the glorious pleasure Janet was still rather confident that she would have done more then struggle, she tried not to use magic but when she did she could do something grand (and pay for it later in some way or another). However the situation could be or would be Janet was left again with little to respond to, making her feel used and ashamed without him even doing a thing. Sick. Janet never really thought of anyone being that tempted, and always assumed that she could very well protect herself from anything anyway, but today’s events where proving more difficult then in the past. However she was determined to keep with her goals and decisions, wherever it lead her to.
Then clearly she was relived, he again switched his actions, had he forgotten that has had cast a spell on him, if so she was indeed grateful at her own blunder. “Always showing off.” She said bluntly to his question, vampires seemed to be the worst at always showing they are so much better, or using their abilities to prove they are worth more then a dime. Janet had a hard time understand how any of them could have once been Human, it made her wonder what else she was missing. Then again he had to speak again, his personality was strange, but (as she would hate to say) quite human in ways. Up and down and quick with anger he sure did remind her of someone, but there was no way she would ever speak of it.
Even though his hand was not on her throat anymore she could still feel him, his voice was in her head and sure enough it would not be that easy to get rid of. “Well only you know what goes on in your head.” She said not giving him a reason or explanation like, -oh yea I cast a spell on you idiot-. Maybe Janet should have spent more time trying to read minds, but she had decided she did not want to know what went on in those sick heads.

ooc: it was fine, only missing engaging in damien's sex banter. i'm sorry, i took the bait and ran with it - i though it was amusing. XD
"Did I offend you or frighten you?" he looked up from his book, assessing her wordless response - her expressions. He put the book back on the shelf, already boring him, for he did have a slight case of ADD - or so his actions and thought processes would attest to. He had hoped she'd engage in the conversation - he'd always thought playing with your food was supposed to be more fun. But Janet wasn't food - Damien wasn't hungry... And... She wasn't food.
The wound in his chest had already repaired itself, allowing Damien to further forget the odd sensation of not being able to locate Janet sheerly by sense of smell. And forget the way her scent seemed to impossibly surround him.
"Always showing off?" he repeated her words, with an eyebrow raised. It didn't take long for a smirk to replace questioning. "I'm hardly showing off - though I suppose I just bragged, didn't I? Maybe I shouldn't be so sure that I could have you, hm?" He cupped her face, looking at her with wide, crystalline eyes. "It doesn't get old, it's natural, I suppose. Being humble and a vampire? Doesn't exactly mix..." he shrugged, looking away then back to her face. "And if... I were really showing off - I wouldn't be telling, would I? I'd be showing you," he raised his eyebrows. There was an honesty about him, a gentleness.
"I could show off, to emphasize my point..." the words were low, his prior innocence fading. Within seconds he had her pulled up, gently wedged against his firm body and the solid book shelf. With her hoisted up, he made it so that Janet was straddling him. "Bookshelf? Check. Now... What comes next? The struggling? The screaming?" His voice was still low, a dark murmur in her ear. Damien nuzzled her nose with his, encouraging her to give in - to crash into the hot promises of the monster.
He knew she would never.
"Unless you're more fun than I thought, unless you have a dark side?" Maybe Janet shouldn't have brought up 'having his way with her' at all - though he had been tempted by her lips earlier, he had no desire to take her. And perhaps he still didn't. But he was proving that he wasn't showing off earlier - now he was. Though, was it really showing off or a desperate plea for affection? He'd love to see her go wild - but of course Janet woudln't. He was always searching for something - for her - in other girls. She was never there. She was gone.

ooc: I know I was not sure how to approach it. I hope that this is better I have a lazy muse as of late!
“You should know the answer to that.” She said with a frustrated face, it was likely snobby in nature, it was like a defense for her, but that was really all she knew anyway. The facts where Janet was confused as all hell, what was his deal? And why on earth was she any sort of game to him, Janet did not hold that much in her self to consider anyone really caring anyway.
She should have done a damaging spell, something far worse then messing with his senses, clearly it was not going to prove troublesome until she was further away from him, and at the current moment she did not seem to have an escape. How so much had changed, the battle ground was no longer a different strange, a different life, everything was mingling together all too much.
“I don’t tend to scare much.” She continued, but knowing that all she was doing was making this day last forever. There had to be a reason, right?
Her body did shutter for a moment, like a sudden bit of goose bumps on her skin and that made Janet angry with herself. His hand on her face, she stood there with a fury look to her face, yet still had a lack of emotion about her. She was a mixed bag of problems, and he was ripping the seams.
“Clearly.” He did have a point, a humble vampire, not likely indeed. “Have you forgotten that I am witch? And you first mistake is the bookshelf.” She said having not once but twice before used wood to get to the other side of something in front of him made her wonder, was he that preoccupied with himself that he would mess u his own little showing off threat. However Janet did not use the magic again, instead she laughed at him, yes it was a bit fake, like the girls in high school to the geek boys asking for a date. “Don’t worry, my dark side is too dark for you.” She said hating the position she was in but also not feeding in to his plan or sequence of events. Janet was not sure if he was really serious or not, but she was not going to let things get that far. The events would go less then he planed, and Janet had a few more weapons concealed on her to use as well. Just because she was reformed did not mean she couldn’t protect herself.

ooc: it was fine. i'm just glad you posted! again, sorry for my creepiness.
"You're right, I should have known... You are fearless... Though, I'm sure there are things that you'd be scared of," Damien didn't believe in complete fearlessness. Hell, even he had fears. Somewhere. He should have grown bored by Janet's defiance by now and left, yet for some reason he stayed. Damien was always so determined. Janet would surely say delusional.
He chuckled at her reminder of her powers, "Right, how could I forget... Earth mage? Do you have any other special powers?" he was genuinely interested. "Since you so kindly reminded me, let's not let it get in the way of my... demonstration." Damien smiled, and surprisingly enough it wasn't fake. With a few quick motions that would have surpassed the abilities of the human eye, Janet was laying on her back on the cool stone floor. "Much better," he purred, with one knee set between her legs and one hand holding her arms together, over her head.
"I didn't forget you were a witch, but I find magic... unfair, really," he smirked, and began to feel her with his free hand - simply searching for her wand. He pulled the wooden utensil away from her, easily being able to distinguish the tool from her young body. Damien flicked her wand, so it rolled a good distance away from them. He wasn't going to be fancy and charm her wand right out of this room. Though it was a more comforting thought.
He really wasn't going to do anything to her, he mostly just wanted to mess with her. Sometimes he could get carried away, though... like, with his vivid example.
Her last words both delighted him and pissed him off, all at once. But he simply smirked. "Oh really... You don't think I could handle you? Trust me, sweetie, you don't know how dark I like it," there was something murderous about his tone, hinting toward twisted possibilities. Damien would take her on.
At odds with the words he just spoke, he no longer gripped her wrists. He gently pulled away, intertwining their fingers. Damien stared at the contact, the feeling of her luscious warm skin against the frost of his own. "I don't believe you, why don't you show me?" his words were quiet, fitting with the stillness of the room. His lips brushed her cheek, just above her own plump lips.
He was obsessed with pain and pleasure.

(ooc: let me know it its too much and I will rework it)
True, Janet had fears but they were not of the things that normal people would think, she was so afraid that she would be evil, turn to dark magic, because lets face it dark magic is great. There was so many more possibilities, and way more power, did I mention no rules? Who wouldn’t want it? Well Janet had learned the hard way that she did not want that as part of her life, and it was her constant battle, inside and out.
“Like I would tell you.” She said frustrated at her own stupidity, she really should just bite her tongue, because things where going from uncomfortable to downright horrible. Strange that it felt embarrassing at the same time, his hand feeling for her wand, like that was anything grand in jester, she knew it was not really about the wand, because he only tossed it aside.
On the floor with him on top of her she felt this strange pressure of unease and distress. Her heart rate was indeed increasing, but she did not have control over it, as brave as someone was their body and mind could only take so much stress. The cold floor with the weight of his dead body on her she decided not to play anymore…
“Wands are made of wood you idiot.” She said and in a flash, the moment he loosened his grip her wand was sliding back in her hands. “Bombarda Maxima!” she spoke sending him into the nearest bookcase, holding him there long enough for her to stand from the floor. “Magic might be unfair, but without it you wouldn’t exist, so don’t think anyone is doing you any favors.” She said, her eyes slightly glazed over, she had a slight twitch in her neck as if she was a junkie that just overdosed.
“Sectumsempra” She had a deranged face as she turned away from him. She was still a little bit away from him as she sent the second spell, which was bad in itself, and she had even forgot that she had cast the previous spell which would make his wounds worse because the blood would be around him now, stronger. And for some reason that just did not seem to be enough for Janet as she sent one more spell, “Incendio” she said calmly, still with a strange high like appearance, no this was not her dark side, perhaps not even a precursor.
Janet moved fast in her craft, and with her past she had to, fighting vampires was not something you took laying down…
She headed toward the exit of the restricted section a flame behind her, sure this was not the end. She walked not ran as she did not look back, and did not care either. She was still keeping herself under control, those where simple spells, nothing fancy, and she already felt the rush of magic in her veins, no… she would not be pushed around.
