Sorry the app was kinda slow, had to deal with other computer stuff. Some prat thought it'd be funny to try infecting my computer again. I hope the application is decent enough though, if any adjustments should be suggested let me know.
Name: Leoni Nebell
Wanted Position: Witch
Abilities: Wandless Magic
History: In her years before attending Hogwarts, Leoni had never heard of the term Wizard apart from in Muggle Legends like King Arthur. She lived her days as a little kid oblivious to the fact that she had magical powers of her own. She lived in the once mining village of Aylesham, with her maternal grandfather, Frederick Bence, who was a muggle as far as anyone knew. She also lived with her twin brother, Leon, another child with no knowledge of real Wizardry whatsoever.
The Twins lived with their Grandfather because firstly of all their parents broke up when they were barely born, and there was no way their mother would ever let their father near them. But also because Alexis (Leoni's mother) died on her way back from work mysteriously. It was apparent she died from a car accident, despite friends and relatives always remembering her taking the bus. It never occurred to anyone that Alexis was able to do weird things. This was the reason why the Twins never saw anything 'magical'.
As for magical, not long before her eleventh birthday, an envelope slipped through the front door and onto the floor. She only found out about it when her Grandfather called up the stairs to her bedroom, telling her that the envelope was addressed to her. She took the envelope and sat down in the living room to read it. It basically said that a place named Hogwarts would happily enroll her into the school of Witchcraft and Wizardry, which absolutely dumbfounded her. Her? A Witch? Couldn't be possible. She never even heard a scrap about Wizardry from anyone, and neither did her Grandfather. He immediately asked around the village to see if anyone else had anything similar, only two people Leoni's age had the same sort of letter. This made things slightly easier to believe, this convinced Leoni, but not her Gramps.
Gramps was pacing around the living room for a whole week, asking himself the same question out loud: "If Leoni was invited, why wasn't Leon?" Leoni tried to put in her own theory as to why there was only a letter for herself and not for her brother, but the two males shunted it aside and carried on busying their minds with something they could not answer. After that week, Gramps decided to write a letter for an owl to pick up and take to the School, asking why the male twin wasn't on the list to attend. Not long after a letter came back basically saying that only Leoni had magical capabilities. Leon didn't take this very nicely.
Whenever Leoni tried to talk to her brother, he ignored her. They would normally chatter away from morning to night, but this news of magical ability seemed to have angered the boy. And hence he distanced himself away from her whenever possible. Even their Granddad seemed a bit off, but he accepted what the two letters said eventually, something Leon never did and something Leoni still couldn't grasp. The Old man even agreed to go to shopping for the school equipment needed for Hogwarts but Leon still being angry, refused to come.
Losing his patience with the boy, Gramps demanded of him "Why not?” the young man shouted out "'Cos she's a freak, Gramps! That's why she's been invited to go there, a school of outcasts! And I won't be seen with one of them! Ever!" loud enough for Leoni to hear. Knowing that she's next to lost her precious brother brought her to tears, she walked towards and step inside the family car still sobbing when Gramps growled at Leon to get back into the house and keep his gob shut. However despite this episode of misery, her mood completely changed when she reached a place named "The Leaky Cauldron" and a kind Wizard help them into Diagon Alley so they could buy their things, and also take them to Platform 9 ¾.
For Leoni, the years spent studying at Hogwarts were not very eventful, twice she attended trials to get into the Gryffindor Quidditch Team, but both times she failed. She also wasn't a star at Divinations or Astronomy, but she found them useless subjects anyway so she didn't bother with them. However ever since her first lessons, it was obvious that she took a liking to Defence Against The Dark Arts, Potions, Charms and Transfigurations, having stayed ahead of most of the class in terms of work and practical. In her 5th year she achieved Outstanding in Defence and Potions and Exceeds Expectations in Charms, Transfigurations and Herbology. However she did get a disappointing Dreadful in Astronomy and a Troll in Divinations. When she went on to do her NEWT exams, she got Outstanding in Defence, Potions and Charms, Exceeds Expectations in Herbology and a slightly lower Acceptable in Care of Magical Creatures. She never took apparitions classes and hence never got a license to apparate. However she always uses a Broomstick to get to places, or a portkey if there is one. After leaving Hogwarts, she had not been employed to this day.
Physical Description: She has blonde hair which goes down to her shoulders, brown eyes with a slight tint of green. Flat chested and roughly 5'6" in height. Slim.
Other: No Family on the site, her wand is 9½ inches long and made of Mahogany; with a dragon heartstring core (I doubt this will be too important). Has a hatred for Vampires.
